Kristina Zanic Consultants (KZC) objective is to achieve leadership in our business of Management and Interior Design Consultancy.

We have managed to attain success by doing positive things and with our shared commitment to our clients and colleagues. We aspire to deliver great projects and work in a professional environment.

We care about how we are perceived, our reputation and what we stand for. Our goal is to present ourselves with pride and know how to gain the utmost respect from our clients, suppliers and colleagues through applying quality principles.

Quality is embodied in the KZC Professional Practice System. Our Quality Policy requires our employee team to engage in the production of quality outcomes that meet a client’s expectations and address the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

A clear vision enables the creation of a high performing team culture in which participants agree to meet their commitments for the overall benefit of the project.

Internal reviews with senior designers and directors along with ongoing team mentoring are critical in monitoring and preserving a project’s vision.

Client feedback is sought throughout and on close out of a project to allow KZC to confirm it achieves the quality outcomes offered and to evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement.

Our Quality Policy Statement and Quality Management Systems shall be regularly reviewed and updated to keep pace with best practices and developing market expectations.
